hi, I'm Hannah..

I am a wedding, portrait and landscape photographer!

I am also British, yet live in Canada.

My favourite colour growing up was light blue, but now I'm more of a green girl. I love tea, archery, swimming, cozy games and skiing!

I am a Sagittarius (and I think that's where my deep desire for travel and stories stems from!)

Once upon a time I thought that describing myself as all that was too much, but I don't think we should limit the things we love.

Though hailing from the UK and currently residing in Canada, I have traveled and lived all over the world. From backpacking in Thailand and Cambodia, to living in Australia for a year. To seeing the great wall of China and the sprawling city of Beijing, to the clean streets of Singapore. I like to think of myself a Lara Croft but actually I think it's more Dora the Explorer!

I love stories. I grew up devouring book after book. From epic adventures to historical fiction and crazy love triangles, Harry Potter and Percy Jackson. I think reading and dreaming of all these stories helped shape the person/photographer/day dreamer that I am today.

why wedding photography?

It is FUN.

Oh my gosh, I love it so much. The joy that radiates off of everyone one wedding days is unmatched. It is infectious and addictive. To be able o be a part of that and to contribute to it, makes it such a fulfilling and rewarding job (and most of the time, not like a job at all!).

Many of the couples I work for always say that they feel like I would slide right into their friendship groups/family, which I just love and it's what I am for! The more relaxed and at ease you feel on your shoot/ on your wedding day the more you will enjoy it and therefore the more authentic your pictures will be.

I get to be part of people's most important and core moments of their life and then give them something they can hold onto forever. JOY!
